Mini Bag 20mm Blue Slate

Blue slate is a crushed natural slate from Wales. 20mm blue slate comprises of blue tones with the occasional hint of purple/grey in varying slate sizes around 20mm. When dry, blue slate offers a subtle blue/grey garden shade but when wet, the same product offers a dark, rich blue tone. The slate pieces have a naturally smooth surface and are flat and angular in shape. Their nature makes them hard wearing, stable underfoot and attractive to the eye. Commonly used in patio edgings, garden borders, rockeries, planters and pathways. Slates utilisation as a mulch to retain / reduce water evaporation whilst enabling water filtration for plant growth is also a positive from a gardeners perspective.

We approximate 1no 25kg mini bag to cover 0.25m2 at a depth thickness of 50mm.
