Plasterboard Tapered Edge Sound Board 2400 x 1200 x 12.5mm

Soundboard is an enhancement of traditional plasterboard. Its higher density gypsum core offers improved sound insulation performance. This board is visually defined by it's blue coloured paper facing designed for plaster to be applied directly to the surface.

• Perfect for cladding internal walls and ceilings where enhanced sound insulation is required.
• Easy to cut. Simply score and snap using a Stanley knife and straight edge, or, for more complicated cuts use a plasterboard saw.
• Easily fixed to masonary walls using plasterboard adhesive
• Easily fixed to timbers using drywall screws Ready for plaster to be directly applied.
• Joints can be simply completed by taping up with plasterboard scrim tape.
• Dimensions 2400mm (length) x 1200mm (wide) x 12.5mm (thickness)
