Plasterboard Square Edge Thermal Board 2400 x 1200 x 37.5mm

Thermal board 37.5mm is an enhancement of traditional plasterboard. Its gypsum core wall board is bonded to a 25mm thick polyisocyanurate foam insulany (PIR) with 2 vapour control barriers to reduce the risk of condensation. Designed to be used in both refurbishment and new build for walls, ceiling, room in the roof and window reveals where a high level of cost effective thermal insulation is required to reduce heat loss from buildings.

• Perfect for cladding internal walls and ceilings where enhanced thermance is required.
• Easy to cut. Simply score and snap using a Stanley knife and straight edge, or, for more complicated cuts use a plasterboard saw.
• Easily fixed to masonary walls using plasterboard adhesive
• Easily fixed to timbers using drywall screws Ready for plaster to be directly applied.
• Joints can be simply completed by taping up with plasterboard scrim tape.
