It is commonly used in drainage applications like pipe bedding and soakaways but due to its attractive appearance and the fantastic durability of the stone, pea gravel is often used as decorative aggregate for paths, drives and planting areas. In addition, 10mm gravel can also be used as an additive to sand and cement mixes to help improve the strength and durability of the finished concrete.
