The Makita HG5030K Heat Gun has a powerful 2 Speed 1600W motor which pumps out an airflow between 300 - 500 litres/min. The temperature varies between 350 - 500 ºC. It is simple to use with a comfort grip handle. The machine has a flat end giving the option of free-standing in an upright position, leaving both hands free to manipulate a workpiece. It comes in a case along with 4 different nozzles. The glass protection nozzle prevents damage when stripping window frames. A reflector nozzle holds the heat around a pipe when soldering. The reduction nozzle concentrates the heat when welding plastic. A wide nozzle spreads the heat for thawing or drying. The HG5030 is the successor to 1,600W Heat Gun HG5012.
